History
In 2003, Harrogate Construction was founded and registered by Kieran Rabitte and his wife Julie, after 30 years experience with blue chip construction companies. Motivated to start a small civils company with only a TLB and roller behind them, the company was originally involved with small roads and earthworks. They created a business that focuses on a family-orientated structure and creating great working relationships with not only its staff but also its clients.
Today, Harrogate has grown into an enterprising medium sized firm and employs over 150 staff members on a permanent basis. Concentrating its projects within Gauteng, Harrogate has enjoyed a steady annual growth between 10% and 15%, and has created a vast customer base with long-lasting relationships with many companies. The introduction of Harrogate Civil Construction and Harrogate Equestrian in 2015 opened new doors for Harrogate Projects with the continued support of existing and new clients.
The company is optimistic about the South African economy and looks forward to growing and developing further into the larger exciting market.
Our capabilities both in size and experience, have turned Harrogate into a leading company in the industry since its inception.
